This might have something to do with it, ever since the Pavlograd strike western analysts have had a completely different tone than just a couple of weeks ago.

So we currently have 8 Tu-95MS Strategic Bombers, 1 Tu-22M3 Heavy Bomber, and 4 Guided-Missile Frigates that are all most likely Armed with 3M54-1 “Kalibr” Cruise Missiles and Kh-22 Anti-Ship Missiles alongside a few Kh-47M2 “Kinzhal” Hypersonic Missiles.

At least 4 additional Russian Tu-95MS Strategic Bombers have now appeared near their “Launch Zones” over the Caspian Region; the Bombers seems to be Operating in a “Radio Silence Mode” again as they have the for the last few Missions.
