TEXAS NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE | Talarico Super PAC caught red handed — paying for votes. Sky MacAdams has some explaining to do.

Townhall posted undercover video Wednesday. Subject is Sky McAdams, also styled Dylan “Sky” MacAdams. Title: organizing manager, Texas Majority PAC.
His words on the tape. “We are paying people $25 to attend a one-hour Zoom class to learn why voting is important and why the Republicans are causing all of these bad things.”
Next line. “So it’s like a roundabout way of paying people for their votes, essentially.”
He also said the legal line out loud. “You can’t pay someone to vote for someone. You can’t be like, here’s $25, go vote for me.”
Workaround he described. Pay for the class. Class talks turnout and Republicans. He called it “a little gray.” Then: “If I was a Republican, I would be pissed.”
Program name on tape. “Paid relational program.” Vendor Relentless. Software Rally.
July finance filing cited by Townhall. Texas Majority PAC paid Relentless $500,000 for a “relational organizing program.” About 20% of that PAC’s spend to that point.
Math they floated. $500,000 at $25 a head equals 20,000 paid slots. That is a class count, not a proven ballot count.
Relentless has claimed 2024 work in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and “47,533 Democratic votes.” That is the vendor’s own marketing number.
NY Post. Texas Majority PAC did not immediately comment.
Ken Paxton, the Republican Senate nominee and sitting attorney general, called it vote bribery. He is the opponent in the same race.
Separate fact. Talarico’s main super PAC is Lone Star Rising, not Texas Majority PAC. Super PACs are barred from coordinating with the candidate. No public filing on this tape ties the $25 to Talarico’s official campaign account.
Federal law bars paying a person to vote or not vote. Paying for a class or canvassing work is the gray zone McAdams named. No Texas or federal charging document is on the wire tonight.

Foreign donations are against the law.
