He did not announce a signed occupation plan. He floated an option and tied it to a Venezuela oil deal he already brags about. The “Israel controls America” line is the channel talking, not a legal fact. On Gulf talks with Iran he said he doesn’t care if they’re happy, “as long as Israel” is happy too. Sloppy. Ugly.
