House Committee Seeks Charges For Hillary Clinton’s IT Firm, Federal Grand Jury Issued Subpoenas In Hillary Clinton Email Case

from dailycaller:
A House committee is referring the head of a company that managed Hillary Clinton’s private email server to the Justice Department for obstruction of justice and making false statements.
Texas Rep. Lamar Smith, the chairman of the House Science, Space and Technology Committee, issued the referral for Treve Suazo, the CEO of Platte River Networks.
“With a new administration in place, I am hopeful that the Department of Justice will appropriately respond to the referral. We cannot allow companies with valuable information to stonewall us in our oversight efforts,” Smith said in a statement.
from foxnews:
The House Science, Space, and Technology Committee accused Colorado-based Platte River Networks and its chief executive, Treve Suazo, of withholding documents demanded under subpoena and obstructing the committee’s investigation “at every turn.”
The allegations were made in a referral to Attorney General Jeff Sessions that was obtained by The Associated Press. A lawyer for the company did not immediately comment.
from dailycaller:
A federal grand jury provided FBI agents with subpoenas to inspect Hillary Clinton’s BlackBerry devices last year, court papers provided to Judicial Watch show.
<snip>
Tom Fitton, Judicial Watch’s president, questions why the information about the grand jury is just now being disclosed to his group, which has filed numerous lawsuits against the State Department and other agencies for records about Clinton’s emails.
“The FBI convened a grand jury to investigate Hillary Clinton in 2016. Why is this information being released only now?” Fitton asked in a statement. “And it is disturbing that the State Department, Justice Department and FBI are still trying to protect Hillary Clinton. President Trump needs to clean house at all these agencies.”

  1. I’m worried that Trump prefers to use what he has on her …. for political advantage.. rather then prosecute that vile creature. The Clinton’s are snakes in the garden.
    I prefer we exterminate rather than manage them. LOCK HER UP, Donald.
    I fear her value as legislative pawn exceeds her utility as a target. So sad… our Donald might have come down with a case of the wasting disease that gives us few trophies since Nixon.
