Rationing, Carbon Taxes and Who Defines The Middle Class?

Humans exhale CO2. Plants breathe it in. We are Carbon based life forms. Therefore a Tax on Carbon is a Tax on Life. They are literally taxing the air we breathe and the ground we walk on.
