A Glimpse from the Future: English Pub Opened in 1566 to Close Permanently Due to Anti Covid-19 restrictions

By Chris Black

One of the oldest pubs in England, a historic place in the center of Oxford, first opened in 1566, which has served students, scientists and writers for over 450 years and has survived, among other things, the bubonic plague in Europe, closes later this month due to the so-called COVID-19 pandemic.

To be more precise, the pub will close due to government imposed restrictions, not the so-called pandemic which is basically the flu.

The pub called “The Lamb and Flag” was frequented by the author of “Lord of the Rings”, J.R.R. Tolkien, and his friend C.S. Lewis, who wrote The Chronicles of Narnia, and it reportedly suffered disastrous revenue losses since the beginning of the pandemic.

The pub was first opened in 1566 and moved to its current location on St Giles, an artery in the center of Oxford in 1613. It is owned by St John’s College, one of the 45 colleges that make up Oxford University.

The Lamb and Flag, like many other businesses in the hospitality industry, has been hit hard by the pandemic, said Steve Elston, St. Louis’ deputy treasurer. John’s, in a statement, announcing that the pub will close on January 31st.

England was in lockdown in March, April, May and June last year, and then again in November, and is under a third lockdown starting from January 5th.

“Turnover for the past 12 months has shown that the pub is not currently financially viable,” said Steve Elston.

Named after symbols traditionally associated with St. John the Baptist, “The Lamb and Flag” is said to have been also frequented by the great writer Thomas Hardy.

Since 1997, St John’s College has used the profits generated by the bar to fund scholarships for students. St John’s College said those who receive scholarships will not be affected by the closure of the bar and the institution will directly fund future scholarships.

Need I remind you that world’s billionaires collectively made almost 4 trillion dollars between March and December last year? The exact figure is 3.9 trillion, for the sake of precision, but we all know that billionaires all supported the government mandated restrictions and lockdowns.

Why? Because they benefited immensely. Bill Gates, that weird Microsoft guy, is the central figure of the lockdown movement and mass vaccination propaganda.

It’s important to mention that Gates has hundreds of millions of dollars invested in pharmaceutical companies, including vaccine manufacturers. He’s also the biggest single sponsor of the World Health Organization.

And him and others like Bezos or Musk made trillions of dollars since the “pandemic” started back in March. However, we are told that this is all just a freak coincidence. As in, small businesses close down via government edict, while transnational corporations are allowed to function.

Does that make any sense to you?

Business Insider:

A new report from Oxfam found that the world’s billionaires didn’t just recoup losses from the coronavirus: Their collective wealth increase could pay for the entire world’s vaccinations and prevent anyone from falling into poverty.

“The increase in the wealth of the 10 richest billionaires since the crisis began is more than enough to prevent anyone on Earth from falling into poverty because of the virus and to pay for a COVID-19 vaccine for all,” the report said.

Worldwide, billionaires saw their wealth increase by $3.9 trillion between March 18 and December 31, 2020. While billionaires saw initial losses at the start of the pandemic — like millions of others around the globe — the report says they had recovered all losses by November.

Meanwhile, recovery for those at the bottom could take up to a decade; the report also estimates that between 200 million to 500 million people may have fallen into poverty during 2020.

The working class, the middle class have all lost money, while fat cats are getting fatter and they are taking over everything.

The media is not pushing this issue, as they are owned by the same billionaires, and they want to keep you focused on the virus propaganda via fear-porn and trauma-based mind control.

In the US, the greatest country in the world, is now common to see regular folks waiting in food lines, because of what this lockdown has done to the economy.

And we’ve seen nothing yet, as Uncle Sam keeps printing money like a crazy monkey.
