It was actually West Long Branch. Very residential area and quiet. Corner of oakwood and wall St. I was there on scene. Very unusual for that area.

The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office is conducting a homicide investigation with four dead in Long Branch, according to posts to the office’s official social media accounts.
The posts, published shortly after 2 a.m. Monday, said there is no threat to the public as it is believed to be an isolated domestic incident.
Three family members and a family friend are dead after a shooting with a semi-automatic rifle in Long Branch, New Jersey, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
Officials say a 16-year-old boy related to three of the four victims is in custody after the shooting on Wall Street.
