Another month passes and another month of declines. Here we are watching the slow and steady fall. It’s not exciting because it’s expected. As I mention in the video towards the end, a drop in interest rates aggressively, a tax cut, more incentives can get this to turn around potentially. So far, prices have still been falling since 2017. Please let me know what you see in Australia.
The Australian real estate crisis continues. Every month it seems as though the numbers get worse. Prices are falling further and further, slowly but surely. Even though interest rates are at rock bottom today, prices have still been very weak. This is a good example of how bubbles cannot last forever.
