A gang of heavily armed robbers ransacked 3 banks in Brazil and held civilians hostage. The attackers targeted banks in the small city of Aracatuba in Sao Paulo early on August 30. According to reports, at least three people were killed, including two civilians and a suspect. Five others have been injured and two suspects have been jailed.
