Between the financial crisis in 2008 and the Covid crisis in early 2020, The Federal Reserve has rode to the rescue of investors and Wall Street.

With interest rates pushed to near zero, investors put their money in tradable assets like stocks like the S&P 500 index, Russell 2000, Wilshire 5000 and the Wilshire REIT index. And its off to the races!

But not for the bottom 60% of earners.
