In a video taken from his visit to economically hard-hit Binghamton Plaza in Broome County, New York, gubernatorial candidate Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY) accused the “policies that are coming out of Albany, the crushing taxes and regulations going after these hard-working business owners” for the rows of empty storefronts and closed stores.
