He said the media was hypocritical for criticizing him because ABC had gotten their own whistleblower fired Thursday.”

As Nina covered earlier, ABC News did indeed get CBS to do their dirty work and fire the alleged whistleblower who leaked the video of Amy Robach, complaining on a hot mic, that her Jeffrey Epstein story had been spiked to Project Veritas. Don Jr.’s riposte to Abby Huntsman is perfectly appropriate. Joy Behar, of course, didn’t like that the studio audience actually applauded Don Jr.
The hosts criticized Trump, Jr. for sharing an article that named the suspected whistleblower as career intelligence employee Eric Ciaramella, 33, thereby exposing his name to Trump Jr.’s large Twitter following. Trump defended himself by noting that the article he shared had been posted on conservative news aggregator The Drudge Report. “I don’t think I should have to forego my first amendment rights,” he said of sharing the article. “It’s out there, I read it in an article, I’ve been reading it for a week, I saw it on The Drudge Report.”
“Billions of people see Drudge a day,” Trump, Jr. said, rejecting the notion that the article was not well known when he shared it to social media.”
Following robust applause to Trump, Jr.’s comments, Behar directed her ire toward the studio audience, snapping “This is not a MAGA rally!” before continuing the interview with Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle, who appeared on the show to promote the younger Trump’s book, Triggered.”
Plus, it seems like the Democrats might have a problem with their redacting skills…
