BREAKING: Speaker Of The House Paul Ryan Says, "We Meet With Ambassadors All The Time." – Democrats Caught In Lie About Meeting With Russian Ambassador!

by Pamela Williams
Speaker of the House Paul Ryan tried to tell them that Attorney General Jeff Sessions did nothing wrong in meeting with the Russian Ambassador. He said, “We meet with Ambassadors all the time.” It turns out the Democrats certainly did, and it does nor bother them to lie about it.
Democrats portrayed meetings between Ambassador Kislyak and Jeff Sessions as a rarity for a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee as Sessions was at the time. Take the case of Dem Senator Claire McCaskill of Mo., who tweeted she had “been on the Armed Services Com. for 10 years. No call or meeting with Russian Ambassador…ever. Ambassadors call members of Foreign Relations Com.”
Oh, really…Senator McCaskill? Sorry, to tell you…your memory is failing, because you did meet more than once with Ambassador Kislyak!
Tweets were discovered by McCaskill about meetings with Kislyak in 2013 and in 2015. NATIONAL REVIEW’S excellent reporter, Charles W. Cooke found these tweets…good work! Below are the tweets:

Off to meeting w/Russian Ambassador. Upset about the arbitrary/cruel decision to end all U.S. adoptions, even those in process,” McCaskill tweeted on Jan. 30, 2013.
On Aug. 6, 2015, McCaskill wrote: “Today calls with British, Russian, and German ambassadors re: Iran deal. #doingmyhomework.”
McCaskill later blamed Twitter’s character limit for the seeming disparity in her claims, suggesting the limit prevented her from being more specific in Thursday’s tweet. She told The Weekly Standard there was “no contradiction,” and clarified she never had a “one-on-one meeting” with the ambassador.
FactCheck.org still labeled McCaskill’s claim as “false.”
McCaskill’s 2013 meeting was the one involving a total of seven Democratic senators. She joined several Republicans and six other Democratic senators that day in an appeal to Kislyak for Moscow to reverse its blockade of U.S. adoptions of Russian children.
Other Democratic senators in that meeting were: Sens. Mary Landrieu of Louisiana, Maria Cantwell of Washington, Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota, Jack Reed of Rhode Island, Robert Casey of Pennsylvania and Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island.
Klobuchar said in a statement afterward that she was able to tell Kislyak the stories of families she met in Minnesota. Landrieu is no longer a senator after losing her seat in 2014.

Now, in another incident, one cannot help but delight in the fact Chuck Schumer is caught in a photo having coffee with Putin. President Trump made the comment in response to the photo/tweet:
We should start an immediate investigation into @SenSchumer and his ties to Russia and Putin. A total hypocrite!” Trump tweeted.

Schumer tweeted back: “Happily talk re: my contact w Mr. Putin & his associates, took place in ’03 in full view of press & public under oath. Would you &your team?”
So as you can see certain lawmakers are just plain hypocrites. It is always so nice when they are exposed for all the world to see! Ambassador Kislyak has been a familiar face in the White House for quite awhile now. He has served as Ambassador since 2008 and in various posts representing the former Soviet Union in the 1980s.
Here is one Democrat who found it in his soul to speak up for Senator Sessions. “I have met with the Russian ambassador with a group, in my capacity, with a group of other senators,” Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., told CNN. “That’s in my official capacity. That’s nothing. That’s my job.” Republican Missouri Sen. Roy Blunt, defending Sessions, said he’s spoken with the Russian ambassador as well.

Sessions, at his press conference, downplayed any intrigue behind his meetings with the ambassador last year, including one in September at his office. He said they discussed terrorism and Ukraine, among other topics.
Sessions, in trying to tamp down the controversy, announced he would recuse himself from any investigations pertaining to the campaign, amid bipartisan pressure to separate himself from probes regarding Russian meddling in the race.
But some Democrats are still calling for his resignation, and a special prosecutor.
“It is insufficient for Attorney General Sessions to recuse himself from any matters concerning the presidential campaign. He must resign,” House Democratic Whip Steny Hoyer said in a statement late Thursday.

In conclusion,  I appreciate this information from Fox News.  If we lose AG Jeff Sessions, it will be an unbelievable loss.  I don’t see how the Trump Administration can withstand such a loss at this time.  If Obama and his newly formed team can get rid of Sessions, I don’t see anything stopping them at that point.  Pray, America.
