This was made by averaging my past 6 months of income and costs, recorded in an Excel spreadsheet. The gas and electric costs were extrapolated to account for summer/winter variation as I’m on pre-payment meters. Diagram made using sankeymatic.com/.
I live in the NE of the UK, so for £395pcm I’m able to rent a one-bedroom flat above a shop.
