Once the “mansion” tax passes – let’s soak the rich! – then the commies in the CA Statehouse will keep lowering the price of what constitutes a “mansion.” Truly you can’t fix stupid. There’s a simple solution to the “affordable housing” problem: end the Fed, and ban corporations from buying housing.
