A “Breakthrough Infection” is a VACCINE FAILURE. It means the vaccine DID NOT PREVENT INFECTION. The vaccine may have helped in some other fashion, but no virus broke through. The vaccine failed to protect.
The manipulation and weasel speak around the Covid story is tiresome. Is there any reason why a Breakthrough Infection can’t be called what it is? A VACCINE FAILURE.
EDIT: For all the people who claim that “they never said it would reduce infections” — please read the following and rethink the assertion. They absolutely did claim the vaccine reduced cases by 94.5% . How has that claim held up?
