US housing prices, as measured by Case-Shiller, continue to grow. November prices grew at a whopping 9.49% YoY with a little help from its friends, The Federal Reserve.

Unfortunately, The Fed (yes, Janet Yellen is officially the Treasury Secretary) didn’t help boost mortgage purchase applications.

No, housing prices are not growing at the same speed as Gamestop. But it seems that way.
