ChatGPT dodging a question and not “taking sides” in political issues

I wanted to test ChatGPT’s political neutrality by asking it a simple question of “Do white lives matter?”. It deflected and gave an argument for BLM without actually answering the question, yet when I asked if black lives matter, it had no problem answering.
