It is part of China’s social credit system… if your score drops too low you lose access to services… just as if you don’t do your daily PCR test, your QR code turns yellow and you get locked out from work, transport, food…
There is even a map which show you people , who has low social credit score.
It is used for warning you get far away from these people , otherwise your score may be lowered too for associating with them. pic.twitter.com/MDaBkDVj3S
