I think this particular case doesn’t resolve the larger issue. If I understand it, the court ruled that some of the members of the Colorado Civil Rights Commission were bigoted against Christians (they were), and therefore did not give the Christian baker a fair hearing. I doubt that this ruling will have much effect on the larger issue.
