The people controlling the Biden admin decided that after messing with Russia, now it’s the perfect time to poke the Chinese panda where it hurts, so we can fight a global war on two fronts, and force China and Russia to become even closer allies than they already are (courtesy of retarded neocon policy).
Last week, Joe Biden signed an order which imposes new rules on chip exports, under the pretext that China will use them with AI to, let me quote, improve military capabilities, support surveillance for human rights abuses and “disrupt or manufacture outcomes that undermine democratic governance and sow social unrest,” according to Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Export Administration Thea D. Rozman Kendler .
