Don’t be naïve – this is coordinated. Rates will not be raised. By late 2026 they will actually start to come down further!

I can’t state this simply enough: RATES ARE NOT GOING UP!

Listen to what they are actually saying.

Trump:
“A strong country means a lower interest rate – it’s a better credit. Very simple. We should have the lowest rate of any country in the world.”

He said growth does not cause inflation, high rates put the U.S. at “a very unfair disadvantage,” and America “should be at 1 percent or a half a percent. We shouldn’t be at 4 percent.”

Bessent:
The move in yields is “a growth story.” Inflation expectations are “flat-to-down.” Core inflation has stayed “very, very restrained.” You don’t hike into a supply shock unless you see second- and third-order effects. Rates come down “when we get on the other side of this.”

You think a hand-picked Fed chair is going to walk into September and cross Trump?

You don’t think that conversation happened before Warsh was sworn in?

Don’t be naïve – this is coordinated.

Rates will not be raised.
