East Texas county tells residents 'GET OUT OR DIE!'

Emergency Management officials in Tyler County in East Texas recently posted a harrowing Facebook message warning residents of imminent and deadly flooding.
“The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers has advised the Tyler County office of Emergency Management that the flood gates were opened to 100 feet at 3:00 pm CSDST,” wrote Tyler County Judge Jacques Blanchette. “River levels will rise to near seventy nine feet. With additional rain fall accumulations, a potential elevation could reach near eighty two feet.”
The alarming message said residents near the area must evacuate immediately.

This seems to be in or near Woodville, Texas. This is the same county where the Texas senator is trapped in his home.

MANDATORY EVACUATION ON NECHES RIVER, JUDGE SAYS DAM MAY HAVE TO GO WIDE OPEN

This was Dam B on Wednesday afternoon, putting out 44,100 cubic feet of water per second. Jasper County Judge Mark Allen said on Wednesday that the inflow coming down the Neches River and into B.A. Steinhagen Lake was approximately 60,000 cubic feet of water per second. Judge Allen said the Corp of Engineers has warned him that they may have to open the dam wide open, meaning massive amounts of water would be flowing down the Neches River towards Evadale, Beaumont, Port Neches, and Groves.

Please if someone is familiar with the area, correct me if I am wrong.
Here is an article about this location from 2015:
Neches River continues rising near Spurger

The Neches River near Spurger continues to rise and will likely breach homes in the Barlow Lakes subdivision, as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers increases water releases from the strained Town Bluff Dam, a resident said.
The Corps on Thursday morning opened the dam’s gates to 40 feet, which means water is rushing through at a rate of 28,500 cubic feet per second. This means the river will continue to rise through the day and into the night, according to the National Weather Service.
The NWS’ current forecast projects that the Neches south of the dam will crest just shy of 74 feet sometime tonight or early tomorrow. It will hold at that elevation through at least Tuesday, according to the forecast.
