The plane is said to have landed in Manchester from Paris at 10.30am but passengers were kept on board for more than two hours until the unwell traveller disembarked the plane. Frustrated passengers took to social media to vent their frustrations claiming they were in quarantine on flight BE3122. One said: “Still on the plane. A person is sick on the plane. “Health office outside the aircraft. Some kind of quarantine… Not much said by the captain or crew.”
Another said: “Still on the plane ! A person is sick on the plane. Health office outside the aircraft. Some kind of quarantine… Not much said by the captain or crew !”

One photo taken from inside the plane shows emergency vehicles lined up on the tarmac beside the plane.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed they are at the scene but said it is not a police incident.
