El Salvador had the worst gang violence since 1992, when 62 people died in one day.
So the president has declared a State of Emergency(exception of regime) , including suspended for a period of 30 days the freedom of association, right of defense, term of administrative detention, inviolability of correspondence and telecommunications among others.
