There are multiple issues with equivocating the two though.
It is NATO, not Russia, that prevents Europe from having independent relations with both sides.
NATO’s aggressive posture towards Russia post USSR is primarily motivated by the Jewish foreign policy establishment in Washington’s fear that if Europe breaks from its cultural, military and financial grip through reconciliation with resource rich, nuclear armed Russia, Western Europe will revert to its pre-1945 norm and politically turn against liberal-globalism.
NATO is about keeping the US government’s leverage over Europe at all costs.
From WW2 to Charles De Gaulle (who was overthrown in a “color revolution” fashion in 1968), trans-Atlantic powers have shown they will never accept an economically and militarily sovereign Europe.
Go read the writings of Jewish foreign policy thinkers controlling US policy, they say it openly.
So this then introduces difficult questions for those in nations with 20th century, Soviet-era grievances with Russia.
Should Germany form an alliance with Russia, where the synergy of German industry with Russian gas and nuclear weapons can potentially run Washington out of Europe?
Add China to the German-Russian alliance, and the US led anti-white liberal order where meddling in the internal affairs of nations in the name of human rights is stated policy, is over.
I don’t see Russia establishing NGOs in support of castrating children, importing mass immigration, destroying native cultures or force fed negro worship in its supposed allies like the US does in Europe and elsewhere.
Even Giorgia Meloni, who shouts her love for NATO and Israel loudly, is being publicly attacked by the US establishment (government, media, etc.) who are putting her on notice because she has a centre right view on mass immigration.
In theory, merely maintaining good relations with both powers would allow Western Europe more breathing space to pursue its own interests.
That is why Washington cannot allow it and is currently implementing the Morgenthau plan to ensure it never will.
The only other option is keep the status quo of staying a vassal state of Washington. If something doesn’t drastically change, Europe’s indigenous people will be destroyed and vanish.
Unless we can build a time machine and help the Germans win WW2, this is what’s on the menu today.
I don’t think it is possible to see flawed but largely white and comparatively sane Russia and the unhinged terroristic white genocide Zionist tranny regime in Washington and act like there is no difference in how these actors behave as players on the world stage, especially with regard to white countries.
I would add that, while Washington’s meddling against nations seeking to pursue their own interests targets Europe, they also do it with some non-European countries.
In India, the heavily pro-American government (until recently) has tried to center the Hindu majority in its politics.
Washington thanks them by activating its global press structure, NGOs, etc. to spread the absurd notion that the Modi government is currently orchestrating a Holocaust against its Muslim population.
In China, the governments campaign to stop ISIS attacks against the Han by Uyghurs is also being falsely presented as a mass genocide, deployed in bad faith by the US government and institutions to smear the Chinese people as homicidal maniacs and cause it diplomatic and reputational headaches worldwide.
Any time a majority anywhere on earth asserts itself, any time a nation asserts itself as free and sovereign, the US power structure will target you.
Depending on your level of submission and what threat level Jews put you on, attacks could be passive (India, Turkey, and China), or hard and overwhelming (Iran, Venezuela, Syria, Russia).
So you can see why countries associated with the trans-Atlantic order, like Turkey and India, are eager to keep good relations with Russia. As soon as China and Russia build a solid alternative model to the US, they will jump because they are all sick of Washington’s shit.
Washington’s elites sense that world opinion has turned on them and their time is running out.
They destroyed Nordstream in hopes that they can at least loot Europe (industry, capital, US dollar destroying the devaluing Euro) and leave it in shambles before the inevitable happens and US military bases start closing down all over the world. If the US Empire can no longer operate as a finance centered rent seeker ripping off its subjects, it will be Brazil with nukes.
