Execs Fired For Just Describing Racism, Is This Too Far?

Papa John has resigned from various positions because in a conference call he criticized racism and said the n word. Even Forbes states that this was an attempt to show antipathy for racism yet people still became angry and complained.

But it isn’t just Papa john, a Netflix executive lost his job for using the word in a descriptive manner. It seems that describing racism and condemning it poorly are not politically correct and can cost you your job and career. What does this mean that we can’t even say the words that are offensive in order to describe them? How will this affect society if people get fired over actually speaking out against racism?
