Fact or Fiction: Only American citizens can hold public office. The most common, obvious answer would be yes. Just imagine how many problems we would have if we were to let foreign nationals into high ranking positions in our government. This could never happen. We have safeguards. I guess that depends on how you look at it. What about dual citizenship? A topic worthy for debate.
