Report: FBI Agents Pushed To ‘Find A Crime’ That Supports Biden’s Claims About GOP ‘Extremism’

The Biden administration is reportedly pushing federal law enforcement to exaggerate the threat from domestic terrorism and white supremacy as the White House uses such threats as political talking points.

Current and former members of the FBI say that President Joe Biden’s administration is pushing the bureau to devote more resources than necessary toward combatting domestic terrorism, especially with racial components, according to The Washington Times.

The FBI leadership’s “demand for [w]hite supremacy … vastly outstrips the supply of [w]hite supremacy,” one agent told the Times. “We have more people assigned to investigate [w]hite supremacists than we can actually find.”

The FBI brass has directed the bureau’s investigative efforts primarily toward domestic extremism cases, especially those with racial components, the agent said. The agent suggested that the push is so forceful that otherwise legal activities are sometimes swept up in the FBI’s scrutiny of certain actions for a potential extremist link.

Crime is and has been on the rise in the United States.

The average murder rate across the United States hit 6.9 murders per 100,000 people in 2021, or the highest figure it’s been in more than 20 years. Drug overdose deaths, at the same time, have spiked to more than 107,000 nationwide in 2021, setting an all-time record, according to federal data.

Why is this happening?

One issue is bail.

Critics have said that Democrat-sponsored policies targeting bail reform have allowed repeat offenders back on the streets.

For instance, New York state changed its bail laws in response to the outcry over prisoners accused of minor crimes being held in jail for extended periods while awaiting trial because they couldn’t afford to pay bail.

But some law enforcement officials warned that those arrested for crimes released back to the streets would commit new crimes, which does seem to be happening.

FBI Agents Seize Phone Of Mike Lindell Associate

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell’s associate Douglas Frank claimed Thursday that two FBI personnel served him a search warrant to take his cellphone as he left a plane, not long after FBI personnel reportedly took Lindell’s phone.

Lindell said Tuesday FBI operatives subpoenaed him at a Hardee’s drive-thru for his cellphone related to an election security breach, in which someone was allegedly enabled to access Colorado voting machines without authorization, CNN reported. Frank, a math teacher who has argued former President Donald Trump won the 2020 election and is affiliated with Lindell, according to The Washington Post, claimed on Telegram that federal agents confiscated his phone as he disembarked from a plane Thursday.

“Two FBI agents met me as I got off the plane today,” Frank wrote on Telegram. “They were polite and professional, and we smiled at each other knowingly as they approached me. Of course… they knew that I knew that they knew that I would be expecting them there. We shook hands, and I cooperated fully with them. They had a warrant to confiscate my phone.”

In a CNN interview, Lindell said agents questioned him about Mesa County, Colorado, clerk Tina Peters, who is charged over the alleged Colorado voting machine scheme.
