Firefox’s anti-tracking tool Facebook Container just got even better at stopping snooping social media platforms from collecting information about you.

With the latest update, Mozilla’s browser extension isolates not only Facebook, but also Instagram and Facebook Messenger by moving them to separate browser windows.

This makes it more difficult for Facebook’s various platforms to track your activities on other websites using so-called third-party cookies – when shopping online, for example. Facebook will, of course, still know what you’re doing on its website.
