Yes, Flock wants to turn Uber and Lift drivers into roaming surveillance platforms, but their static emplacements are easily seen and realistically easy to remove.
Axon cameras will be mounted on existing governmental infrastructure (traffic/street lights, etc.) making it much more difficult to remove/disengage.
Axon is also partnering up with an Israeli company called Cellebrite.
