Just went to a restaurant called “Mendicino Farms” and the sandwich prices haven’t changed… but are now almost half the size.
I have been going to a sandwich shop called Mendicino Farms for almost a decade. Their sandwiches have always been between 10-14 dollars which hasn’t changed, but today I went after not having gone for a year or so and the sandwiches are literally **2/3rd the size, maybe even smaller” than they originally were.
This is absolutely nuts. We didn’t even get full off our meal even though it was almost $30 dollars after tax. Not only were the sandwiches much smaller in size, but there was almost no meat on them. I want to say that there was maybe 1.5 oz of meat on each sandwich.
We’re all hyper focused on “muh Ukraine” (even though Ukraine is one of the most racist and corrupt countries in the world) and “muh Taiwan oh nooo Nancy Pelosi is starting WW3”
If this keeps going on, soon food scarcity will hit the middle class in America.
