Bartiromo’s lawyer says she is still employed by Fox
Bryan Freedman is now threatening to produce evidence and witnesses, potentially through court proceedings. The Washington Post reports that he says Bartiromo is still employed by the network.
Fox stands by its original statement
Fox’s September 3 announcement says Bartiromo is “no longer with FOX News Media” effective immediately. Fox also immediately removed her name from her programs and replaced her with rotating hosts.
