George Mason University (GMU) law professor succesfully sues school over COVID-19 vaccine mandate

Describing himself as ‘not anti-vax’, he points out that he had been infected with Covid in March 2020, and cites research indicating that post-infection immunity is stronger, longer lasting and less prone to variant escape, and that the risks of vaccination are higher for people who’ve been infected, implying that in cases like his, mandating vaccination is ‘ridiculous’.
