What a blunder. A blow to the Republican Party’s “Christian nationalist” marketing gimmick.
There are only 4 abortion clinics in all of Kansas.
I doubt most of these people are feminist activists that want to torture babies to death. But seeing how GOP abortion bans have played out in other states, baffling clauses like not being able to terminate pregnancies where Down’s syndrome is caught early or foetuses are nonviable, naturally makes people sceptical.
The GOP is ready and willing to take extreme, highly unpopular positions.
What they are not willing to do is take sensible but unauthorized positions on issues voters actually care about, like black crime or immigration.

There was no funding discrepancy in Kansas. 7 million vs 7.5 million in ads telling people how to vote. There’s nothing more to say about this landslide defeat other than people don’t want it.
