Hillary ran State from January 21, 2009 to February 1, 2013. During that entire time there was no Inspector General to serve as internal watchdog as mandated. Here are some links documenting that:

The State Dept IG was brought back immediately after she left office….
Now that Trump is removing Obama holdovers the media will shout that not having an IG is an abomination. Hillary had no IG watching her actions for the entire time she ran the State Department.
