House to vote on draft farm bill with food stamp changes

The House Agriculture Committee approved a five-year farm bill on Wednesday that includes revisions to the food stamp program. Able-bodied adults without children who are on food stamps will be required to work. The program currently covers some 40 million families or individuals who are food insecure. RT America’s Manila Chan reports.
