Their analysis is based on the report from a Ukrainian cybersecurity company, a nation that just happened to be at war with Russia at the time.
I would post some videos of current democrat senators calling the 17 US intelligence agencies filthy liars, but apparently they thought of this before I did and that shit has been scrubbed from the internets.
