Check out the name MOFFA in the Strzok texts. Jonathon Moffa. I’ve posted on this a few times. There are some super terse and mysterious texts about Moffa in the time leading up to Halper’s actions. Talking about pricing some sort of project it sounded like, and Moffa was in charge of getting a figure and also providing legal basis explanation for their “extraordinary measures” (meaning illegal act justification). Moffa was taken to White House right before payments or about the same time
