It appears we’ve gone from two weeks to flatten the curve to, we’ll deactivate your access to your bank accounts and trample on you with a horse.
Look at how peaceful protest is now brutalised by thuggish state authorities. Look at the vitriol against genuine freedom supports, Look at the punitive nature of the administration of what was called a fringe minority. Look to the inaccurate media reports spouting lies about protesters and showing no substantiation of their claims.
Watch Canada voting on the “emergency” powers enacted by supreme leader Trudeau. This is how freedom dies, this is how you prime a society to accept tyranny. They invoked an emergency act closer to response to significant violence and aggression and set it against a protected right (protest).
Whether you agree or not, you should be concerned and oppose this, as protesting is a fundamental piece of the democratic system. They continue to divide and turn the population against one another. Dishonest actors will make race an issue here, it’s not, they make hate an issue, it’s not, this is a freedom issue which should unify us.
And it’s not.
