Interview With DNC Lawyers Jared And Elizabeth Beck – DNC Lawsuit Dismissed.

This is a shocking time for the law abiding American citizen, especially Conservative Trump supporters.  We are facing total corruption in our legal system, and it is not getting better any time soon.  It is an especially difficult time for DNC lawyers Jared and Elizabeth Beck, who just discovered the DNC lawsuit has been dismissed.  
Jared Beck says he has given up hope on our legal system, as only rich people and corporations stand a chance in winning a court case.  He says that this country has a vicious core, and he is sick of living in a country such as this.  He has two small children, and he fears for them.
The fact that two people have lost their lives in this DNC scandal is the most tragic aspect.  He feels the core of our government is worse than Nazi Germany.  He does not mean President Trump, but he means the core government.  I feel he is speaking of the Deep State, or that is what I would call it.  He is very passionate and deeply concerned, as he even says he is ashamed to be an American.
I can empathize with him, and I think many of you can, too.

Today, federal Judge William Zloch dismissed the suit, stating in a judicial order that — even assuming the allegations are true — it’s impossible to test any “fraud” claims against the DNC in federal court. Zloch wrote that the Becks and their plaintiffs claimed the DNC leak proved Wasserman Schultz’s conduct hurt DNC donors, especially those who donated to Sanders, and possibly exposed DNC donors to identity theft by getting hacked.

The lawsuit, which its supporters promoted with the hashtag #DNCFraudLawsuit, grew out of the 2016 hack of the DNC that eventually led to the release of thousands of documents on the website DCLeaks. On July 28, 2016, Florida attorneys Jared and Elizabeth Beck filed a civil complaint, alleging that the hacked emails had revealed a DNC that was plotting to get Hillary Clinton through the primaries, defrauding its donors, and exposing them to harm through shoddy information security.
“To even question the Seth Rich murder investigation, which is ongoing — to even ask questions about it, you are branded a conspiracy theorist,” Beck said.
The complaint itself was far more narrow, and it was dismissed after Zloch ruled that the plaintiffs did not have standing. There was no evidence, the judge wrote, that anyone had donated to the DNC on the promise that the committee and its employees would be completely impartial.
“Not one of them alleges that they ever read the DNC’s charter or heard the statements they now claim are false before making their donations,” Zloch wrote. “And not one of them alleges that they took action in reliance on the DNC’s charter or the statements identified in the First Amended Complaint. Absent such allegations, these Plaintiffs lack standing.”

If you are American, whether Democrat, Republican or otherwise, you should read through Judge Zloch’s Order of Dismissal in its entirety when you have time, because this is a historic moment in your nation’s history and this ruling affects you personally. Had the case been allowed to proceed, it could have seen the DNC suffer tremendous consequences for its blatant Charter violation with the promise of more penalties should they repeat the behavior again. Former DNC leaders could have been forced to testify under oath about their behavior, and people who donated to the Sanders campaign could have been refunded their money. The DNC would have been forced into a situation where it could no longer actively sabotage progressive candidates without expecting severe consequences for that behavior.
Instead, the DNC has elected a virulently pro-establishment replacement for Debbie Wasserman Schultz in its new Chairman Tom Perez, and has to this day admitted no wrongdoing nor given any indication that it will make the massive, sweeping changes that would need to be made to prevent Impartiality Clause violations from happening in the future. There is no reason to believe that 2016 was the only time the DNC weighted its scales for a prefered candidate just because 2016 was the year it got caught, and there is now no reason to believe it won’t do so again, since it has no incentive not to.
