Is Homelessness WORSE in Liberal or Conservative States?

It worse in liberal states but even worse in large liberal cities.

In Commiefornia the real problem is the tolerance of open air drug markets. Drug addicts became a big share of the homeless. And Commiefornia will allow addicts to live on the streets until they die. In the meantime they’re allowed to crap on the street and leave needles everywhere.

Here in NE Wisconsin we don’t have a significant homeless problem. But we’re not Madison or Milwaukee either.
