Recently, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte subpoenaed the DOJ for documents regarding the prior administration’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server. Judicial Watch is ahead of the curve having sued for these records last year. Only a small percentage of documents have been turned over; the DOJ & FBI do not want to release the rest, presumably because doing so only protects Hillary Clinton but themselves over the handling of the investigation.
