24% fatality rate if admitted to hospital,
a 97% fatality rate if requiring mechanical ventilation,
and a 100% fatality rate if requiring ECMO.
Median time from illness onset to hospital discharge is >15 days.

This seems to confirm this interview with an Italian nurse who says that everyone that has needed ventilation has died. She says this while standing in front of a room full of men on ventilators.
