Lou Dobbs Cancelled By Fox Business, Tucker Carlson Next?

by Chris Black

American Conservatism exists only to prevent the radical left from becoming complacent. They offer just enough resistance to keep the Left engaged and the Right pacified. Conservatism is nothing but a subversive terminal cancer defended by the host it is designed to kill.

If you don’t get it yet, Fox News is not on your side. Fox News claims to be a “conservative” news outlet, but they are only marginally different from CNN, MSNBC et al. There is no “right-wing” “conservative” news channel in the United States, and there is no free speech platform.

Forget about the 1st Amendment, or the second. You have no rights if you don’t stand up and defend your freedom. The Constitution is just a piece of paper.

In 2021,  everything is controlled by the Left, which has become increasingly radicalized after Trump’s election in 2016, while the so-called right has no institutional power and no will to do anything.

With all these in mind, Fox Business on Friday cancelled “Lou Dobbs Tonight”, its highest rated show. Yes, you got that right: a so-called capitalist corporation just cancelled its main money maker, because of ideological reasons.

Libertarians will tell you no way, this is impossible but libertarians are idiots.

So, without any warning or explanation, Fox Business booted its highest rated program, and the left celebrated it. It’s well known that media outlets like CNN, or organizations such as the ADL and the SPLC are at the forefront of internet/mass media censorship.

Lou Dobbs, the long-time host of the signature right-wing talk show on the Fox Business Network, was canned by the network on Friday night.

“Lou Dobbs Tonight” is off the air, effective immediately, a Fox spokesperson confirmed. An interim show will take Dobbs’ place at 5 and 7 p.m. Eastern starting Monday.

It was a head-scratching change by Fox Business, since Dobbs was its highest-rated host, albeit on a relatively low-rated network. He often doubled his lead-in’s ratings, which is a rare feat in television.

Dobbs, a veteran financial news anchor, became known at Fox Business for his sycophantic pro-Trump programs. He was one of the former president’s biggest boosters on television, and Trump regularly thanked him in return.

In one of Trump’s first statements since leaving the White House, he effusively praised his friend, saying Dobbs “is and was great. Nobody loves America more than Lou. He had a large and loyal following that will be watching closely for his next move, and that following includes me.”

The head of the censorship department at CNN , who in the past pushed for multiple Fox News hosts to be “cancelled” and even for the network to be shut down completely celebrated the victory:

You see, censorship has become mainstream in 2021, and the big question is who’s next: Tucker Carlson or Sean Hannity? They both have huge audiences, and they are logically the next target.

Oliver Darcy already suggested that cable providers need to eliminate Fox News completely from their offer.

And since cable companies are private businesses, they can do whatever they want, legally and all that, because in America private companies reign supreme. However, things are a little bit different in real life if you’re not a monopolistic/multinational corporation.

They can do whatever they want to anyone, but if you’re a small business, you can be forced to shut down for ever because of the flu, or “lawfared” into oblivion for refusing to bake an anal cake.

The funny thing would be for Sean Hannity to explain his support for the rights of, let’s say Comcast booting him off the airways, because muh private companies mantra. Billionaire Mark Cuban, another free-speech aficionado, praised Lou Dobbs’ firing from Fox Business:

Basically, America is a surreal country where billionaires are allowed to call all the shots in society, and both right and left have agreed that billionaires ruling over you is the right way of running a society.

It’s going to be wild, I tell you.
