Mark Dice: They Won’t Stop

The First Amendment should take precedence over any and all multinational corporations. Corporations should not have the authority to usurp and/or supersede the First Amendment.

The FCC is an independent agency of the United States government – to regulate communications agencies. Their parameter, function & loyalties are to the First Amendment.

With all of the Fake News coming out of NBC and the Networks, at what point is it appropriate to challenge their License? Bad for country!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 11, 2017

Network news has become so partisan, distorted and fake that licenses must be challenged and, if appropriate, revoked. Not fair to public!

Asked about his reaction to those tweets, Pai said, “I will reiterate what I have said for many years at the FCC, up to and including last month … I believe in the First Amendment. The FCC [Federal Communications Commission] under my leadership will stand for the First Amendment. And under the law, the FCC does not have the authority to revoke a license of a broadcast station based on the content of a particular newscast.”

Our First Amendment is under attack. I know I’m ranting, going on a tangent and all over the place – sorry – I’m pissed off.

There’s a war going on with the globalists against the United States of America – they’ve tried relentlessly to weaken our 2nd ammendment and failed, so now they’re going after our 1st ammendment. Agreed with Mark Dice, they will not stop.

I don’t know what the answer is – do we have more state controls in order to fight off the globalist infiltration & domination of our communications? Could be a double edged sword.

We are engaged in a civil war right now in regards to our 1st Amendment
