Musk is still selling Tesla shares in November from SEC filings, no matter what the headlines say

There are so many conflicting reports of the Twitter takeover leveraged against Tesla stock, cash used by Elon taken from loans collateralized by Tesla shares, etc, etc.

The precise details of the deal remain cloudy. Almost as cloudy as Musk’s own finances. Musk fans will assert, and Musk himself did, that he was done selling shares in April and August for the deal. That appears not to be the case as Tesla SEC filings show he sold substantial amounts of stock on the 4th, 7th and 8th of November in an untimely Tesla filing overnight:
