I am a systems engineer for a large company that operates several call centers across the country. We currently already have over 1500 people working from home now.
We were just told this morning by the business to expand our capacity to support another 1000 remote workers.
We just placed an order with our Cisco distributer for almost 1 million dollars worth of user end point devices and we are currently discussing the upgrade of the concentrators in our data centers.
We are stopping all other project work to focus on this effort ASAP.
Just letting everyone know that this is real now in the US.
