Skiers in eastern Europe have been mystified by orange-coloured snow creating “Martian-like landscapes”. The snowfall has been documented by a range of social media users in Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Burgaria and Moldova, with some even referring to the phenomenon as “apocalyptic”
