Paul BeDard from Washington Examiner reports, If it wasn’t for House Minority Whip Steve Scalise narrating the scene at the U.S.-Mexico border in McAllen, Texas, viewers of his new video could have confused it for a stream of fans walking to a soccer stadium or some other event.
